Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 Depending on Experience
Responsibilities- Recruit, interview, hire, prepare and onboard candidates for customer positions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.
- Track, input and update relevant data into company database & records.
- Ensure account retention through quality customer service and attention to detail.
- HS Diploma or GED (college degree is preferred).
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn new programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Work as a team in a challenging, fast paced environment and able to multitask.
