Registered Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Full Time in Burleson - TX
OverviewWe are a top 7% State Farm agency expanding our financial services division and are seeking a licensed Registered Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships and delivering financial planning conversations and retirement guidance.
Responsibilities- Conduct retirement planning discussions and investment conversations with clients
- Help clients build long-term financial strategies
- Leverage an established client base and ongoing referrals from the insurance team
- Collaborate within a team-focused environment to deliver comprehensive financial services
- You are not starting from zero
- Built-in referral pipeline from existing clients
- Collaborative team environment (not siloed sales)
- Active securities licenses (Series 6/7, 63/65 or equivalent)
- Experience in financial advising or retirement planning
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Compensation: 45,000. per year
