This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist Assistant role located in Burleson, TX. The Physical Therapist Assistant will support licensed physical therapists in providing exceptional care to patients by assisting with treatments and exercises designed to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and restore function. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing therapy plans, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate documentation of services. Active communication and collaboration with therapists, patients, and other care team members are key aspects of this role.

• Proficiency in assisting with therapeutic exercises and treatment plans
• Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor experience
• Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
• Physical stamina and reliable organizational abilities
• Knowledge of maintaining documentation with attention to detail
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant is required
• CPR or First Aid certification
• Experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation settings is a plus
• Ability to work in compliance with healthcare standards, ensuring patient safety and dignity
