Health Care Recruiters International is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a thriving outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Burleson, Texas.
Outpatient rehabilitation Physical Therapist Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services with professionalism and compassion.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans (PT).
- Implement evidence-based treatment programs to maximize functional outcomes.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and professional practice standards.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical software efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Physical Therapist (PT):
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist
- Candidates awaiting Texas licensure or scheduled to take the licensing exam within the next six months are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
