Health Care Recruiters International is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a thriving outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Burleson, Texas.

Outpatient rehabilitation Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services with professionalism and compassion.
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans (PT).
  • Implement evidence-based treatment programs to maximize functional outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and professional practice standards.
  • Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) and clinical software efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while creating a positive patient experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
Physical Therapist (PT):
  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Licensure:
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist
  • Candidates awaiting Texas licensure or scheduled to take the licensing exam within the next six months are encouraged to apply.
Preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
