Caregiver – Consistent Afternoon Shift

$20/Hour | Sunday–Thursday | 2:00 PM–6:00 PM

Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking a dependable and compassionate caregiver to provide ongoing support for a senior couple living in a senior living community.

Both clients have cognitive impairment and benefit from a caregiver who is patient, attentive, and comfortable providing reminders and assistance with their daily routines. This is a consistent 20-hour-per-week assignment with the same clients each week.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Sunday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
20 hours per week

The caregiver will help both clients maintain their daily routines and independence while providing appropriate supervision and assistance.

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing reminders and encouragement for bathing and personal hygiene
• Picking up meals from the senior living community's dining area
• Laundry and light housekeeping related to client care
• Companionship and supervision
• Providing reminders and redirection as needed
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Observing and communicating changes or concerns to the office

We're looking for a caregiver who is patient, reliable, observant, and comfortable supporting two clients with cognitive impairment.

Previous experience in senior care, dementia or memory care, assisted living, personal care, or another direct-care setting is strongly preferred.

Because consistency and routine are especially important for these clients, dependable attendance is essential for this assignment.

At Always Best Care Senior Services, our caregivers aren't left on their own when they need assistance. You'll have the support of our administrative and scheduling team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
