Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Burleson TX 76028. Job Details:

Mon-Fri 7am-4pm CENTRAL
Location:
Burleson TX 76028 Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 04+months (with possible extension on the basis of performance) Pay Range: $18.00 to $22.50/hour
* * Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
- 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Strong phlebotomy skills with the ability to perform collections accurately and efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and error-free work.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime based on staffing needs.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations, including Patient Service Centers and in-office phlebotomy sites, sometimes with minimal notice.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, when applicable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with patients, peers, and supervisors.
- Ability to make decisions using established procedures and demonstrate good judgment.
- Comfortable working in a changing, fast-paced environment and adapting to operational needs.
- Keyboard and data-entry experience required.
- Commitment to company policies, procedures, dress code, employee health and safety, and workplace standards.
- Training locations may vary depending on trainer availability.
- High school diploma or equivalent – Required
- Medical Assistant or Paramedic training – Preferred
- Phlebotomy certification – Preferred Required in California, Nevada, and Washington
- 2 years of experience working in a Patient Service Center environment.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service-based environment.
