The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects across the organization. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and organizational alignment.

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams including Operations, Clinical, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and project execution.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and reporting dashboards.
• Drive accountability across teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues.
• Support continuous improvement across workflows and processes.
  
  Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.
• 3+ years of project management or operations experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects in healthcare, SaaS, or technology environments preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Smartsheet, etc.) preferred.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
