Sam's Club is looking for a Maintenance Custodian Associate who will help ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. This role requires continuous physical activity, a positive attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a Maintenance Associate, you will keep the facility safe and clean for members and associates. You will handle spills, operate cleaning equipment, and perform general maintenance duties while maintaining a friendly, helpful demeanor.

• Respond to spills and keep floors clean using floor scrubbers and approved chemicals.
• Conduct safety sweeps, spot and report unsafe situations.
• Perform general custodial tasks such as sweeping parking lots, washing windows, and disposing of trash.
• Ensure all waste is managed in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies, restock when needed.
• Support a safe, positive environment for members and associates.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred.
• Ability to work an entire shift on your feet.
• Comfortable with change and quick adaptation to new work scenarios.
• Strong focus on member satisfaction.
