We are looking for a kind, dependable, organized, and positive Veterinary Receptionist who enjoys helping both people and animals. Veterinary experience is certainly valuable, but we also place a high priority on attitude, communication, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll DoAs a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll play an important role in keeping our hospital organized and creating an excellent experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets and helping them feel welcome
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out efficiently
- Communicating estimates, payments, and financial information clearly and professionally
- Maintaining accurate and organized client and patient records
- Supporting the veterinarian and technician teams throughout the day
- Educating clients about services, medications, preventive care, and follow-up recommendations
- Helping keep the front desk organized and clinic flow running smoothly
- Genuinely enjoy working with both animals and people
- Remain calm and professional when things get busy
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and compassionately
- Are organized and comfortable managing several priorities at once
- Notice when a teammate needs help and are willing to jump in
- Take responsibility for your work

- Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to the workplace
Previous experience in any of the following areas is a plus:
- Veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience
- Customer service or medical reception
- Cornerstone, Pet Desk, or similar veterinary software
- Basic veterinary terminology and preventive-care knowledge
- A supportive, team-focused work environment
- Leadership that values communication, accountability, and employee development
