Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales, including upsell opportunities;
Execute and maintain Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance and department cleanliness and hygiene standards;
Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience;
Support inventory management from receipt to sale, including freight processing, back stocking, inventory counts and price changes;
Actively engage and complete all required training to expand knowledge
