Front End Service Team Associate

Job Overview

Front End Service associates are focused on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet, and thank customers, process returns/refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Always ready to help with customer questions and needs, this role may require standing for long periods of time.

Hourly Wage: $14.5 - $27.5 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location).

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may also be paid ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
