As a Store Manager, you will lead a team, drive results, and help develop team associates in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives a great experience and a custom-fit solution for their hair and beauty needs.
• Oversee all store operations, maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Protect customers, associates and store assets by ensuring staff follows safety and security rules and company policies.
• Maintain the store’s appearance to consistently provide a welcoming, professional environment.

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience.
• Operational, financial, and performance management experience.
• Cosmetology license is a plus but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, sometimes on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

• Requires standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities for long periods; occasional lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• May involve working around moving parts, carts, or machines and occasional exposure to irritant chemicals.
