Hourly rate ranges from $18.98 - $19.23 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

The Store Manager will perform duties including but not limited to:

• Managing store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Maximizing sales and profitability.
• Controlling expenses and shrinkage.
• Handling human resources management.
• Overseeing merchandising and inventory control.
• Ensuring adherence to all Company policies and procedures.

• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Minimum age 21.
• Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Qualifications and experience may affect hourly rate.
