Game Stop - 1169 North Burleson Boulevard, Ste 101 - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform of promotions, upsell as appropriate;
Support the shopping environment and store initiatives to drive sales and guest relationships;
Process guest purchases/returns accurately using POS system and ensure quality guest service;
Escalate guest issues to Store Manager in a timely and professional manner;
Assist Store Manager with training and onboarding of store associates, ensuring policy compliance and performance feedback;
Schedule store associates to ensure coverage and adherence to scheduling guidelines;
Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence;
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, merchandising, and asset protection; manage inventory and loss-prevention practices
