• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer HVAC needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Present and sell HVAC systems, products, and services to residential and commercial clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide accurate quotes and proposals based on customer requirements and budget.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

• Proven experience in HVAC sales or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and energy efficiency solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
