• Assist customers throughout the New / Used vehicle purchase process
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver an exceptional experience
• Learn and maintain Volkswagen product knowledge
• Stay current on incoming and available inventory
• Follow up consistently with customers and leads
• Work closely with leadership and teammates to achieve sales goals
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and competitive mindset
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Automotive passion is always a bonus
