We are a fast-paced Allstate agency ranked in the top 1% nationally, looking for an experienced, hard‑working, licensed and bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Customer Service Team Member to work in our Burleson, TX office. Our agency has a passion to make a difference in the lives of others, better the community, and provide top of industry earnings for high‑performing team members.

Our Sales and Service Team Members consistently earn $75,000 - $100,000+ per year in base salary and earned bonuses combined. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, address their insurance needs, and ensure customer service satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years prior property and casualty insurance experience—strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish speaking fluency required.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  • Ambitious and driven to grow professionally.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Allstate experience strongly preferred.
  • Hardworking.
  • Strong problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Team player with a positive attitude; works well with other employees.
  • Genuine willingness to learn; open and teachable.
  • Excellent ability to handle stressful situations tactfully.
Responsibilities
  • Sell and promote Allstate insurance products to new and existing customers.
  • Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction through excellent service and follow‑up.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring detailed understanding of their insurance needs.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals with a commission‑driven focus.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Proactively engage with clients to retain their business.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims processing.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in‑person.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records.
  • Process policy renewals and ensure timely delivery of renewal notices.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure coverage is adequate and appropriate for their needs.
  • Work closely with sales agents and other team members to provide seamless client service.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $36,000 per year.

Total compensation potential: $100,000 per year.
