• Minimum of 7 years in commercial HVAC and refrigeration troubleshooting.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required; NATE or state licenses preferred.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technician teams.
• Strong background in medical and healthcare facility compliance and safety.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with clients and team members.
• Physically capable of handling job demands, including ladder climbing and rooftop access.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
