Make Uptime Your Mission Our Burleson, TX fabrication facility runs on precision, safety, and speed. As our Asset Reliability Manager — Fabrication Systems, you will lead maintenance strategy and hands-on execution to keep equipment operating at peak performance. If you thrive on diagnosing complex issues, guiding techs, and eliminating downtime before it starts, this role is for you.

A day in this role

You’ll walk the floor, review KPIs on preventive tasks, assign urgent work orders, and jump in on a stubborn fault. Before lunch you may coordinate a crane inspection, verify LOTO on a CNC before a spindle service, and fine-tune a VFD on a conveyor. By day’s end you’ll sign off on an HVAC repair, validate a hydraulic leak fix, and plan a weekend changeover—all with EHS standards front and center.

What you’ll take ownership of Designing and rolling out preventive maintenance schedules for every machine in the shop.

Diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues across diverse production systems.

Leading electrical install work as well as troubleshooting and corrective repairs.

Managing all HVAC activities—service, installs, routine upkeep, and fault isolation.

Pulling conduit and resolving pneumatic control problems when required.

Taking precise measurements with tape measures and related hand tools.

Driving compliance with safety rules and the EHS program.

Safely moving heavy materials and executing rigging/load-handling tasks.

Setting up CNC equipment and executing changeovers.

Pinpointing and resolving faults on diesel-driven and heavy mobile equipment.

Servicing and repairing hydraulic circuits, valves, and components.

Coordinating operations of cranes and other lifting systems.

Enforcing Lockout/Tagout to protect people and equipment.

Performing spindle inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Installing new equipment and completing the wiring to bring it online.

Working with VFDs and conveyor lines to optimize performance.

Maintaining and troubleshooting servo motors and motion systems.

What you bring

Established track record leading maintenance in a fabrication or similar industrial shop.

Deep mechanical troubleshooting ability anchored in safe work practices.

Commercial electrical know‑how with practical install and repair experience.

Working knowledge of HVAC service, installation, and diagnostics.

Hands-on background in heavy material moves and rigging/load handling.

Comfortable with CNC setup and changeover procedures.

Skilled in equipment diagnostics and root‑cause troubleshooting.

Solid understanding of hydraulic components and systems.

Able to read/interpret technical drawings, prints, and schematics.

Unwavering commitment to safety and EHS standards.

Sharp problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.

Collaborative yet self-directed; effective solo or on a crew.

Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

Certifications in areas like HVAC or electrical are a bonus.
