Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is partnering with a local school district in the Burleson area to hire a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, structured school setting while making a direct impact on students' communication and overall success.
Position SummaryIn this role, you'll support students with a range of communication needs, helping them develop skills in articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, and social communication. You'll play a key role in helping students thrive both academically and socially.
Schedule & Work Environment- Monday–Friday school schedule
- No nights or weekends required

- Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license (or in process)
- CCC‑SLP preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
- Provide speech‑language therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
