Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is partnering with a local school district in the Burleson area to hire a full‑time Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive, structured school setting while making a direct impact on students' communication and overall success.

Position Summary

In this role, you'll support students with a range of communication needs, helping them develop skills in articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, and social communication. You'll play a key role in helping students thrive both academically and socially.

Schedule & Work Environment
  • Monday–Friday school schedule
  • No nights or weekends required
  • Enjoy school holidays and breaks off
  • Manageable caseload in a team-oriented setting

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license (or in process)
  • CCC‑SLP preferred
  • Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide speech‑language therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
  • Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance
