** Pay Range:** $25 an hour
** Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Maintain accurate and complete accounting records by posting entries to the general ledger.
+ Verify, balance, and reconcile general ledger accounts regularly.
+ Process accounts payable transactions, including preparing batch payments.
+ Audit and collect accounts receivable transactions, making necessary adjustments.
+ Support weekly payroll processing and assist in month-end financial closings.
** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ At least 1 year of experience in a business office or accounting role.
+
Experience with accounting software handling accounts payable and general ledger.
+ Solid understanding of accounting procedures and computer systems such as Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
+ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
