Integral Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Perform routine and complex laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood bank;
Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning;
Ensure quality control measures are adhered to and participate in quality assurance programs;
Analyze test results, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to healthcare team members;
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all tests performed, results obtained, and subsequent actions taken
