This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Burley, Project Manager will oversee industrial welding and fabrication projects from planning through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients, field supervisors, and fabrication teams, managing change orders, and ensuring work is completed to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role involves monitoring project progress, resolving issues that may impact schedule or cost, and maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement efforts, contribute to bid preparation as needed, and uphold Goff Welding’s commitment to efficiency, reliability, and value-added service.
Act as the primary client liaison, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and on-site engagement.
Oversee stainless steel welding, pipe fitting, and metal fabrication projects, ensuring compliance with food-grade standards.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple locations, optimizing efficiency and quality control.
Provide expert guidance on welding techniques, stainless steel applications, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
Quality & ComplianceEnsure all welding and fabrication work meets food industry safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
Conduct on‑site inspections to enforce quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to prevent project delays or quality concerns.
Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and production, to streamline project execution.
Monitor customer metrics, generate performance reports, and provide actionable
