Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Multiple machine operation and responsibility
  • Must thoroughly understand processes and independently anticipate decisions that affect product quality
  • Ability to communicate effectively as well as possess basic leadership skills
  • Ability to accurately record data
  • Knowledge of plant processing. Complete understanding of operations/data recording of 2 or more of the following areas, LDY (raw), cutting system/screw presses, drum controls, milling, coolers and railcar loading
  • Ability to communicate well with crew members and shift supervisor
  • Make recommendations to improve processes and equipment operations
  • Be a resource to train new employees on equipment and procedures
    • Specific Knowledge/

    Skills:
    • Ability to operate forklift and other heavy machinery
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
