About the RoleThe Packaging Operator B3D is responsible for operating and supporting packaging line operations to ensure high-quality products are packaged efficiently while meeting all quality and safety standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining production flow, equipment performance, and team coordination on a 12‑hour night shift at the Burley, Idaho facility.
What You’ll Be Doing- Operate, set up, and adjust packaging line and case sealing equipment
- Ensure products are packaged according to quality specifications and standards
- Lead, direct, and train line personnel to encourage teamwork and efficiency
- Monitor production processes to ensure output and production standards are met
- Disassemble and reassemble machinery for sanitation and product changeovers
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on packaging equipment
- Inspect product quality prior to packaging to ensure compliance
- Maintain consistent product flow, temperature control, and packaging standards
- Request and coordinate delivery of supplies with forklift operators
- Ensure team members have the correct packaging materials readily available
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred:
One‑year certificate from a college or technical school - Previous experience as a Packaging Operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with employees and teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment

CompensationStarting at $21.91 hourly + bonus eligibility + hourly pay differential for applicable shifts. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
