Operate pulp thermoforming equipment in accordance with standardized operating procedures and troubleshoot the pulping process to achieve established quality and production targets;
Monitor up to four pulp thermoforming machines and make adjustments to ensure quality product is produced;
Perform quality tests on the product and respond according to established reaction plans;
Maintain work cell organization and cleanliness in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices;
Report defects or mechanical issues to the supervisor and maintain data records for SPC and production reporting
