Premise Health in Burley, a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver advanced primary care to client employees and dependents at our on-site Health Center. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional extra hours for coverage.
The role includes exams, chronic condition management, diagnostic testing, and care documentation in Epic EMR, with collaboration from a physician and health team. Idaho NP/PA license and national certification are required.
