Job Overview

Assistant Manager – responsible for assisting the operation of a single store, hiring, managing associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3‑plus‑week store leadership training program will be provided.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the operation of a single store.
  • Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exemplary guest experiences.
  • Drive the store’s success and meet performance metrics.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Serve Safe certified.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to four hours, reach 36 inches, and work in a fast-paced, high-heat, high‑noise kitchen and dining environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, manage conflicts and difficult situations.
