Position: T-Mobile Retail Assistant Manager USD 13.25 Hourly Burley, ID

USD 13.25 Hourly | 160 E 5th St N, Burley,  Full Time

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $13.25- $16.00

About the Role

As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Store Manager to create a sales environment with high service standards.
  • Inspire and motivate team members through coaching and training.
  • Encourage learning opportunities and analyze performance.
  • Communicate with leadership staff and follow instructions.
Qualifications
  • Management experience or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service setting.
  • Ability to analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift or move 20 lbs.
