Hourly - Hourly Plan, 16.00 USD Hourly

A Tidal Wave Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Tidal Wave Auto Spa provides a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where Team Leaders set the example by exceeding expectations and supporting the management team.

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

• PTO based on the company’s PTO policy.
