Pro Shop Sales Associate – Burley

Part-Time or Full-Time

Idaho Water Sports is looking for a friendly, motivated Pro Shop Sales Associate to join our Burley team. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, staying busy, and has an interest in outdoor recreation. Our Pro Shop carries both summer and winter gear, so you'll have the opportunity to help customers find everything from boating and watersports equipment to winter apparel and gear.

• Help customers find products that fit their needs
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
• Stock and organize merchandise
• Create and maintain clean, appealing product displays
• Keep the Pro Shop clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Assist with inventory and store projects
• Help with events and demo days when needed
• Support other departments as needed

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with customers
• Motivated by sales and providing great customer service
• Able to stay productive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Able to work independently after training
• Reliable and willing to work as part of a team
• Interest/knowledge in boating, watersports, snow sports, or outdoor recreation
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required

• Hourly pay plus commission
