The G/L
Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the accountancy related functions of the business.
Real Property Management relies on the Accountant to demonstrate leadership and create trust with owners and tenants and to instill confidence in our services by creating and directing world-class accounting processes.
Requirements- Five plus years’ experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping, preferably in Residential Property Management
- Direct experience with App Folio
- Advanced accounting knowledge
- Computer proficiency
The G/L Bookkeeper is highly analytical and organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Accountant is a natural communicator, with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, impeccable integrity, and a professional demeanor.
