Your tasks in a nutshell:

• Carry out the controls planned by the public expenditure regulation (payer controls) on both ordinary invoices and market invoices
• Create and process the liquidation dossier: control of the presence of supporting documents in the IT system, commitment, and certification of the service done
• Read and apply the clauses of public contracts, agreements, and contracts to perform a correct liquidation
• Proceed with the control operations defined in the selective expenditure control plan established by the Accounting Agent
• Take charge of, put on hold, or reject the liquidation
• Organize to ensure that payment deadlines are met
• Provide regular follow-up on ongoing workflows and invoices not received
• Handle supplier reminders;
  The tasks are likely to evolve according to the establishment projects and statutory or regulatory changes.
