About the Role

As a Client Services Specialist at CBRE, you will be a key support pillar for our vibrant team of sales professionals, facilitating their efforts to provide exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve creating compelling proposal and presentation materials, as well as ensuring timely distribution of marketing information.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in completing voucher forms and processing Brokers' commission payments, adhering to company policy and legal guidelines.
  • Maintain brand integrity by customizing marketing materials, including flyers, proposals, tour books, and qualification packages.
  • Serve as the liaison with marketing and research teams to ensure financial and property data is integrated into tailored client packages.
  • Coordinate the assembly of customized property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Organize both onsite and offsite meetings, maintaining schedules, arranging travel, and securing meeting spaces as necessary.
  • Update and oversee various information databases, generating required reports and assisting with website content updates.
  • Facilitate advertising schedule coordination with the central marketing group.
  • Track and maintain the inventory of marketing materials ensuring the availability of resources for the sales team.
What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you should demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and possess the following qualifications:

  • An Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college, with at least 3 years of experience providing administrative support, particularly in a real estate setting.
  • Strong communication skills for interpreting and crafting written correspondence, along with the ability to respond to inquiries from clients and team members.
  • Basic financial acumen to handle financial calculations, analysis, and lease abstraction.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the capability to navigate complex problem-solving situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a preference for experience in PowerPoint and/or InDesign for creating presentations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including 401(K), dental, health, life, and vision insurance.
