As an Automotive Service Advisor at Ocean Honda of Burlingame, you will be the key point of contact between customers and our service technicians. You will manage appointments, communicate service needs and repair recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

• Schedule service appointments via phone or in person to promptly diagnose vehicle issues
• Update customers on repair status and obtain approval for any revised estimates
• Recommend necessary repairs and maintenance clearly and manage customer expectations
• Ensure all repairs undergo quality control checks and road tests before delivery
• Maintain updated knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties, campaigns, and service bulletins
• Meet or exceed all service level targets
• Complete required documentation accurately and comply with regulatory standards
• Follow and enforce safety policies and procedures
• Participate in all staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of experience at a dealership or large service facility preferred
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional, dependable, and safety‑conscious attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and internet proficiency
• Ability to read and comprehend service instructions
• Professional appearance and solid work ethic
• Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as required
