Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year.

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs, analyze public/federal RFP requirements, manage sub‑solicitations, compile hard‑bid and conceptual estimates, and participate in value engineering sessions for public agency projects.

• 4+ years of dedicated commercial or public works estimating experience.
• Expert‑level understanding of public bid processes, unit pricing, and subcontractor networks.
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., On‑Center, Bluebeam, Win Est).
