Federal Construction Project Engineer

Job Details

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

• Manage the RFI and submittal processes
• Track project documentation
• Assist with subcontractor change orders
• Update project schedules
• Support the PM and Superintendent with closeout packages

• 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant PM with a commercial or public works GC
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent field experience

• Direct Path to PM:
  Active training, promotion, and advancement from within
• Diverse Technical Exposure:
  Learn complex federal compliance, submittal logs, and structural/MEP coordination
