Job Overview

Direct field operations on secure federal jobsites where safety, precision, and quality control are respected as the highest priorities.

Salary: $95,000 - $145,000 per year.

• Drive the daily field schedule, coordinate specialty subcontractors, enforce strict OSHA safety standards, and manage logistics on secure or occupied institutional jobsites.
• Maintain daily logs and interface with federal inspectors.

• 7+ years of field leadership experience on commercial or public works projects.
• Proven track record managing structural, MEP, or high‑finish interior upgrades.
• USACE CQM (Construction Quality Management) or OSHA 30 certifications are highly desirable.
