Dealership Vehicle Inventory Photographer
Full-Time | Monday–Friday

8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or until route completion)

Route: Burlingame, Redwood City & Surrounding Areas

Pay: $25.00++ per hour (Hourly rate includes base pay + per-vehicle photo incentives)

Pro-Motion Pix is hiring a full-time Dealership Vehicle Inventory Photographer to capture professional vehicle photos, 360° spins, and videos for online dealership listings using a company-issued iPhone and mobile app. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being outdoors. If you have a strong attention to detail, enjoy working around vehicles, and take pride in producing high-quality work, you’ll thrive in this position.

No photography experience? No problem — we provide paid training.

• Travel to assigned dealerships using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed between stops)
• Capture high-quality photos, spins, and videos using a company-issued iPhone and app
• Locate keys and move vehicles to staging areas for photography
• Apply window labels or stickers as needed
• Verify vehicle information for accuracy
• Communicate professionally with dealership staff regarding vehicle readiness and availability
• Maintain an efficient workflow to ensure inventory is captured and uploaded promptly

• Have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Are comfortable driving manual transmission vehicles (preferred, not required)
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Can handle light physical activity, including moving vehicles
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are organized, self-motivated, and reliable
• Are comfortable using mobile technology and learning new tools
• Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
