Job Description
We have a great opportunity for an energetic self-starter with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our growing team.
We are seeking a part-time English and Cantonese speaking Customer Service Representative
, who have the desire and drive to learn our business, and enjoy public interaction. Successful candidates will provide personable service to each customer, and have the ability to multi-task is a must. This position requires the flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects.

Answer phone calls in a polite and clear manner Assists customers on all business-related needs Candidate must exercise discretion in working with confidential information, and must be computer literate in a MS Windows and MS Office environment. Familiarity with the insurance industry is strongly desired. Independent Problem Solver Direct attention to detail and organization Effective communication with clients and other advisors and staff.
Effective and efficient time management Ability to multi-task. Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.
Customer service experience required
Must be Bilingual in English and Cantonese, including superior written and oral communication skills in English. (Mandarin will be a plus).
General Clerical (Typing, Filing, Copying, Scanning etc.)
We will provide training to acquire a CA Insurance P&C License
