Job Title

Project Manager (Luxury Furniture & Millwork)
Compensation
: $90,000 - $100,000 / year (Based on experience)
Eric Brand is a leading supplier of luxury furniture and architectural millwork for hospitality, retail, and residential markets. We have successfully supplied thousands of products and projects globally while collaborating with top architects and interior design firms, executing their designs to exact specifications. Our international supply chain relationships allow us to support our clients’ varied needs.
We are expanding our team and seeking full-time Project Managers who can blend administrative excellence with technical detailing. Join our team!
What You’ll Do- Technical Blueprinting:
Read, interpret, and red-line furniture blueprints and shop drawings. - Client & Vendor Management:
Manage client relationships and handle email correspondence with all external vendors. - Lifecycle Management:
Manage all project stages post-quote through final delivery. - Financial Processing:
Process purchase orders, billing, and change order quote preparations. - Quality Control:
Review shop drawings, handle finish sample processing/red-lines, and submit to all related parties. - Collaboration:
Partner across internal disciplines and departments to ensure well-coordinated projects.
- Experience:
3–5 years in architecture, design, or project management. - Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. - Technical
Skills:
Proven ability to read, red-line, and technically evaluate furniture blueprints and architectural details. - Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving, organizational, multitasking, and written/verbal communication skills. - Execution:
Excellent time management with the ability to follow strict production schedules. - Leadership:
Preferred experience with some team or project supervision. - Advanced blueprint red-lining and spatial coordination.
- Technical detailing and construction comprehension (AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, or 3D rendering tools).
- Conceptualizing and hand-drawing skills.
- Fluency (read/write) in Cantonese and Mandarin.
