Crystal seeks a Seasonal part-time Varsity Boys Tennis Head Coach
. The Varsity Boys Tennis Head Coach is responsible for the oversight of athletic training; strength and conditioning workouts; providing technical support and training to athletes, and overall communication as appropriate to the sport. Coaches have responsibilities not only to the students under their supervision, but also to the parents, the school, and the community.

- Exhibits and mentors the scholar-athletes in good sportsmanship and fair play.
- Attends league meetings and completes all required trainings/certifications.
- Attends mandatory coaches’ meetings and trainings.
- Attends pre-season Athletics meetings (in the evening) with scholar-athletes and parents/guardians.
- Monitors the conduct of their scholar-athletes during practices and games.
- Provides a safe environment for the scholar-athletes by checking the playing area and equipment before each practice and game/competition.
- Prevents injuries through thoughtful, balanced workouts.
