FLEXX Studios is seeking a highly experienced, confident, and community-driven Lead Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join and help elevate our boutique studio.

Our reformer program blends classical Pilates foundations with modern intensity and athletic conditioning to create results-driven, challenging, and safe workouts for all levels.

As a Lead Instructor, you will:

• Provide safe, form-focused instruction for mixed-level clients
• Coach with clarity, confidence, and authority
• Deliver programming that balances classical foundations with athletic intensity
• Support studio standards and mentor newer instructors when needed
• Build relationships that strengthen client retention and community culture
• Have opportunities to teach private and semi-private sessions

Teaching blocks available:

• Early AM
• Morning
• Evenings

We are seeking instructors who are:

• Fully certified in Reformer Pilates (comprehensive training preferred)
• Experienced in teaching small group reformer classes
• Confident demonstrating and cueing complex movement patterns
• Skilled at managing energy in a room of mixed abilities
• Strong communicators with leadership presence
• Energetic, professional, and team-oriented
• Passionate about building meaningful client relationships
• Have experience mentoring other instructors
• Understand retention, progression, and programming structure

• Competitive pay: $40–$70 per hour (based on experience and role scope)
