Digital Marketing
Job Title
Under the authority of the Director of Strategy and Major Projects, you will design and implement the communication strategy for the establishment's structuring projects, particularly ERASME:
Definition and Management of Major Project Communication
- Develop and deploy communication strategies tailored to the establishment's transformation projects
- Enhance the actions of structuring projects
- Design and coordinate multi-channel communication campaigns (web, social media, press, print)
- Increase the visibility of projects among internal and external audiences (citizens, partners, institutions, media)
- Produce editorial content adapted to different target audiences
Management and Development of the "Science Engaged" Mini-Site
- Administer and evolve the dedicated mini-site (content management, structure, ergonomics)
- Implement or coordinate technical developments (CMS, web integration, SEO optimization)
Audiovisual Content Production
- Design and produce video content (interviews, reports, captures, editing)
- Conduct institutional photographic shoots
- Participate in defining the audiovisual editorial line
- Ensure the diffusion and valorization of these contents on digital supports
Graphic Design
- Design visual communication materials (posters, infographics, brochures, web visuals)
- Develop the establishment's graphic charter
- Propose creative and innovative formats adapted to audiences and supports
- Ensure the visual coherence of productions
Communication Advice
- Support project teams in their communication needs
- Play an advisory role and aid in decision-making regarding communication
- Work transversally with project heads, action promoters, and UPEC entities
- Conduct a watch on innovative practices in public and scientific communication
- Be a force of proposal to strengthen the impact and scope of actions
Contractual agents (24-month fixed-term contracts with possibility of renewal); remuneration based on the salary scale of study engineers (between 1900 € and 3000 € net monthly for experienced and end-of-career contractual agents)
Desired Knowledge:
Organization and functioning of higher education and research; transformation challenges of public establishments and university innovation; communication techniques and tools (institutional, digital, audiovisual); project communication and change management; digital and web environment (CMS, basic web development, UX/UI); graphic and audiovisual creation tools (Adobe suite or equivalent); digital communication strategies and social networks; web referencing (SEO) and audience analysis
Skills:
Develop a multi-support communication strategy; write for different audiences and formats; master web tools (CMS, basic HTML/CSS); produce audiovisual content (video, photo, editing); master graphic creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent); manage projects and respect deadlines; animate networks and coordinate actors; analyze needs and prioritize
