• Create product and functional specifications from customer requirements and feedback.
• Conduct demos, trainings, and test drives with new prospects.
• Proactively identify and address customer issues and drive resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Consult with customers to provide tips, tricks, and best practices on using the software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in defining and translating product requirements.
• Identify areas where we can improve our product and service offerings to better serve our customers.
• Assist with internal testing and software troubleshooting of new features and releases.
• Create knowledgebase articles documenting features and enhancements.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in ABL, commercial lending or finance industry.
• Aptitude for technical learning; motivated to master all aspects of our software.
• Curious and thrives in problem solving and analysis.
• Customer-focused orientation with strong people skills.
• Excellent writing and organization skills.
• Initiative-taking and results oriented with ability to work independently.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Experience with Enterprise software and/or computer science a plus.
• Experience with asset-based lending, factoring, accounting, or lending a plus.
