We're Hiring: Technical Lead Manager (Product Engineering)

Are you a seasoned engineer ready to lead high-performing teams without stepping away from the code? Our client is seeking a Technical Lead Manager (TLM) to drive execution, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally with product and design.

We’re a fast-scaling Series B AI company, building real-world, high-impact AI systems—and we need a leader who can move fast, plan effectively, and inspire technical excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end sprint planning and execution
• Contribute 20–30% hands-on coding (Python)
• Collaborate with PMs to define and build high-velocity product features

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years engineering experience (backend or full-stack)
• Strong Python skills and experience with scalable systems
• Prior experience leading projects and mentoring engineers
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments (startup + scale mix ideal)
• Familiar with AI/ML systems—no need to be a data scientist, just AI-aware

Bonus:
Experience at both a Tier 1 tech company (e.g., Uber, Door Dash, Pinterest) and a venture-backed startup (Series B/C).
