In this full-time, on-site role based in Burlingame, CA, you will work as either an AI Agent or as part of a Human / AI Agent pair to complete complex, multi-step tasks for internal teams and external clients. On a day-to-day basis, you will interpret task requirements, gather and structure information, and use AI tools to generate, refine, and validate outputs.

You will collaborate with team members to design workflows where humans and AI complement each other, including defining when human judgment is needed and when automation is appropriate. You will document processes, identify patterns in recurring tasks, and suggest improvements to tools, prompts, and workflows. You will also provide clear status updates, respond to feedback, and help test new features and capabilities in Yuuki Technologies’ AI systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort breaking down ambiguous tasks into structured steps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize information clearly and adapt tone for different audiences.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., large language models, automation platforms) to support or accelerate work is highly beneficial.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
• Attention to detail, high standards for quality, and a habit of checking work for accuracy and completeness.
• Willingness to learn new tools and workflows quickly, and to iterate based on data and feedback.
• Experience in operations, customer support, research, product, or similar roles is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred but not strictly required.
