Retail Technology Project Manager | Hybrid

Position: Senior Project Manager, Retail Tech

• Manage and deliver cross-functional initiatives across the full project lifecycle from initiation through completion.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex technical details into clear action plans.
• Break down complex operational and technology initiatives into manageable components and drive execution.
• Operate effectively in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguous requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Retail Operations, Product Marketing, Enterprise Systems, Retail Design, Retail Finance, and Product Management.
• Lead the implementation and development of retail technology systems including POS, ERP, CRM, AV systems, and in-store demo technologies.
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project updates, progress reports, and risk assessments to leadership teams.

• Strong experience of project or program management experience within Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) retail, consumer electronics, technology companies, or premium hospitality environments.
• Proven experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, MS Project, Wrike, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience implementing and managing retail systems such as POS, ERP, CRM, AV, and in-store demonstration technologies.
• Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
