Air Freight Coordinator

Salary: USD 65,000 - 70,000 per annum + bonus + insurance.

A leading global freight forwarder is seeking an experienced Air Freight Coordinator to join its growing San Francisco operations team. This is an opportunity to work with a market‑leading international logistics provider, managing time‑critical air freight shipments for a diverse portfolio of customers across global trade lanes.

• Coordinate international air import and export shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas offices, trucking providers, customs brokers, and customers.
• Prepare and review air freight documentation, including AWBs and customs‑related paperwork.
• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve service issues.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, CBP, IATA, and company procedures.

• 3+ years’ experience in air freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of air import and export operations.
• Experience using freight forwarding and transportation management systems.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
