** Your Impact & Responsibilities
** As a vital member of our clinical team, you will drive the recovery process through high-level nursing oversight and compassionate care:
* ** Personalized Rehabilitation:
** Deliver tailored nursing services designed to meet each resident's unique recovery milestones.
* ** Clinical Judgment:
** Exercise
** advanced critical thinking
** to make independent decisions that directly improve patient outcomes.
* ** Professional Communication:
** Manage precise clinical documentation and serve as a primary liaison between families and the interdisciplinary medical team.

** Act as a reliable, experienced anchor for our residents and a resource for the nursing team during the AM shift.

* ** Licensure:
** Must possess an active, valid California LVN license.
